Refund Policy

Our Quality Commitment:

All new or unused parts may be returned within 30 days of purchase date if you are not satisfied with our service or products.

When returning an item:

  • All returns are subject to inspection.
  • Items returned after 90 days or appear to be installed or used will be subject to a Restocking Fee.
  • Please over-box with the original packaging that was used to ship you item to you.
    • This will help prevent any damage to the manufacturer's packaging, which would make the item non-resalable and therefore non-refundable.
    • If the packaging (the box it was shipped in) is not available, going to FedEx or UPS Store will ensure you return arrives safely and undamaged.
    • For higher priced items, adding insurance is recommended. We are not responsible for any returns lost while in possession of a shipping company.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Any order that included any "free parts" or "special offers"; These parts must also be returned or the value may be deducted from your refund.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Parts that show signs of being used, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly.
  • Special-Order parts.
  • Hazardous materials (i.e. paint, batteries, etc).
  • Software, videos, and other copyrighted material, after they have been opened.

Restocking Fee:

  • Item that exceed the time limit or show signs of use or installation are subject to a 30% Restocking Fee.
