What do we mean by "Made in the USA"?

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has established a rule to ensure that products labeled as "Made in the USA" meet specific criteria. According to the rule, for a product to be labeled as "Made in the USA," it must meet the following requirements:

  1. Final assembly or processing of the product occurs in the United States.
  2. All significant processing that goes into the product occurs in the United States.
  3. All or virtually all ingredients or components of the product are made and sourced in the United States.
